FAQs
What days do you deliver?
Our delivery hours are between Monday to Friday, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. You have the option at check out to have your flowers delivered between 9AM to 1PM, or from 1PM to 6PM.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Sorry, we do not offer same-day delivery. All arrangements are made-to-order, thus we ask for orders to be placed by 6pm for next day delivery.
What if no one is home?
We will leave flowers in a safe spot, away from rain and sun. If we determine conditions to be unideal, the flowers will be taken back to our studio.
We will then contact you to arrange re-delivery, and charge the appropriate re-delivery fee. Please consider the pick-up option if it is more favourable to circumstance.
Where can I pick up the flowers?
Next day pick-up is available from our studio located in Canley Heights. Our full address will be sent to you in a confirmation email if you choose the pick-up option at checkout.
Can I request for a custom arrangement?

We will advise you on what is suitable for the person and the occasion, and will guide you on what flowers are in season.
What gifts do you offer?
We have a premium selection of champagnes, fresh chocolates and bespoke candles. In addition, we provide a range of Bespoke Letterpress greeting cards for various occasions.
What happens if I provide the wrong address or wrong details?
Please contact us over the phone or through email immediately to rectify these details. You may call us during 9AM-6PM from Monday to Friday. If it is outside of our business hours, please send us an email with your order number, and give us the correct details.
If the flowers have already been delivered to the address provided by the customer, our policy is to consider the order fulfilled. It's essential for customers to double-check and confirm the accuracy of the delivery address before placing their order to ensure successful delivery.
Do you provide a photo of the order?
We will send a photo of the completed design to your mobile number or provided email for reference. However, once the design is finalised, it cannot be altered unless an incorrect product was designed.
Please note that we reserve the right to make substitutions of flowers and colours as deemed suitable by us.
Do you charge for gift-wrapping?
At Floratique Florals, our gift wrapping service is complimentary and an integral part of our brand experience. Every bouquet is beautifully wrapped in recyclable satin cello or premium paper stock, available in black or white finishes, and finished with deluxe ribbons. Every arrangement is delivered with a water source to ensure hydration. Our branded greeting cards are complimentary, and tied with satin ribbons for a complete luxury experience.
