Delivery Location: If you would like to deliver with a vase, opt to deliver to their home as the flowers will be delivered in the vase with water. If you are delivering to their office, make sure they will be present to collect their flowers.

Timely Ordering: Whilst we do offer next-day delivery, you can order your flowers months in advance with us. For custom arrangements or deliveries during peak holidays like Valentine's Day & Mother's Day, order in advance to ensure availability.

Provide Accurate Delivery Details: Ensure that you provide us with:

• Your name and mobile number so that we can send you updates on the day.
• Recipient's name and mobile number in case we need to coordinate delivery

Floratique Florals handwrites all messages on our own branded note cards, or on our selected range of note cards from Bespoke Letterpress if you choose to purchase them. All cards are delivered sealed to ensure privacy.

If you would like to write your own message in private, we advise that you collect the flowers from us in Canley Heights, or have us deliver to your address on your chosen day and we will provide you with a blank note card along with the flowers.
